Anchored by the first double-blind randomized controlled trial demonstrating that intranasal-transcranial photobiomodulation (itPBM) confers measurable neuroprotection in collegiate athletes, this educational and interactive symposium aims to translate these scientific updates into actionable policy, military and civilian best practices health frameworks.
Participants engaged with key stakeholders including National Institutes of Health (NIH), US Department of War and the NCAA – to explore further research and clinical implementation opportunities which incorporate the scientific relevance of PBM into National Brain Health and Aging Initiatives.
