We have an 80% refund policy, valid for 6 months from the time of purchase, if our devices do not help you. This only applies to direct purchases from us or purchases from our authorized Vielight global resellers. The refund must be claimed via the point of purchase.

Our products are also covered by a 2 year warranty. If the product is defective, we will replace the product during the warranty period.

Please note that we do not refund intranasal applicators purchased as separate items.

Beware of counterfeit/imitation Vielight devices sold online, they are illegal. Genuine Vielight devices bear the “Vielight” logo. If you are unsure if a device is genuine or from an authorized source, please contact us.

Neither Vielight nor its payment processor charge any fees to customers above the total amount of your purchase, but please be aware that some credit card issuers may add foreign exchange or international transaction fees to the amount they charge your account.

We have three shipping centres located in :

  • USA (American orders)
  • Canada (International and Canadian orders)
  • Australia (Asian, Australian and New Zealand orders)

Within the USA, Canada and Australia, our products are shipped via the postal systems. We do not offer express shipping services.

Shipments of the Neuro (Alpha, Gamma, Duo, Pro) and X-Plus to addresses outside of the USA, Canada and Australia are couriered.

NOTE on DELIVERY: There are serious delays in both postal and courier deliveries world-wide due to the Covid pandemic. Please be assured that once you receive a tracking number from the shipping company, your package is in their system and it will be delivered.

We recommend users with a healthy brain to use the Alpha or Gamma once every 2 days for maintenance.
Users looking to try to recover brain functions, should try the Alpha or the Gamma once daily for up to 6 days a week.
To avoid over stimulation, always take a rest from using the device on the 7th day and avoid using the Gamma close to bedtime. Reduce usage to once every 2 days when significant improvements are observed.
Usage of the device should not exceed one session of up to and not exceeding 20 minutes  per day.
Everyone is different and can have different responses.  If any discomfort is experienced, users should reduce the time of each session by shutting off the device before its 20-minute session is up, by reducing the number of days used per week, or by doing both.

Our devices have been tested for electrical safety and rendered safe by TUV Rheinland standards. They are compliant with the European CE requirements for safety.

We are currently in the process of verifying the efficacy of our research-grade devices with multiple universities and government research bodies through several clinical trials. Hence, we do not make claims for long-term cures.

Please note that if coupon codes are not used at the point of purchase, they cannot be redeemed later.

Please note that our transactions are standardized in USD. However, we will absorb HST and GST costs.

We have a shipping department in Perth, Australia. We ship via Australia Post or Sendle.

As of 1st March 2017, we no longer authorize our devices to be sold on Amazon, eBay and certain online distribution channels.

Our customer support, satisfaction guarantee and product warranty will not apply to devices sold through unauthorized channels past that date.

We cannot verify the authenticity of devices purchased through these channels.
